1. Introduction

Welcome to allConnect by Huacomm Telecommunications Engineering(M) Sdn. Bhd. (640099-K). allConnect by Huacomm Telecommunications Engineering(M) Sdn. Bhd. (640099-K) (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.proconnect.com.my/ (collectively or individually referred to as the “Sites” or “Service”) and distributes a community mobile platform called the proConnect (collectively or individually referred to as the “App”) , and/or other solutions which may be offered from time to time. Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to our Sites and App, and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle Personal Data and comply with the requirements of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”). We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions. We want you to be able to use our Site, App and other services with full confidence that your privacy rights are protected.
